- How fast will you dispatch my orders?
We will have your order packed, processed and dispatched to courier services on Mondays and Saturdays of the week; unless it falls on public holidays where the courier services do not operate, it will be fulfilled on the next working day.
If you have chosen Bank Deposit payment option, your order will be dispatched upon receiving the payment.
- How long will postage take?
All parcels are shipped with FLASH EXPRESS or POSLAJU. Our courier partner usually delivers on the following day after dispatch. The estimated delivery times can vary based on shipping address and particularly over peak seasons. We will not allow a cancellation or refund for reasons pertaining to delivery delays.
- Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking number once your order is dispatched.
