Return Policy

  • Can I return my goods?

We do not offer refunds for purchases; unless the item(s) received is damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please provide photos along with your return request.
All exchanges due to defect must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving your items by posting the item to us for checking and verification in original received condition. Should there be no stock available at the time of exchange, we will offer you the full refund of the item(s).

Please note that shipping fee is not refundable. To return an item(s) for exchange or refund, you will need to bear the shipping cost of the item and we will not be held responsible for any loss or damaged item(s).

Please note that we allow returns and exchanges only for defective products, not for the change of mind or personal dissatisfaction of sizes or colours. Products are considered defective if they are received damage. Damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective. Defective product does not include the box packaging.
Also, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

All items sold at discounted price or during sales are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
